WOMEN'S CIRCLES

As women, we have the innate ability to instinctively ebb and flow with the phases of the moon and experience nature's seasons within our own bodies and throughout our lifetime.

In today's fast-paced world, we are often forced to push against our natural cycles and rhythms, which can cause dis-ease and dis-content.

For centuries, women have been gathering in circles to share their stories and to be held in the listening, by other women. They are sacred spaces, drawing upon the energies held within our Universe and honour the women who have come before us, bringing together colours, elements, herbs, flowers, practices and objects associated with each particular lunar phase and season.

Held on various dates throughout the year, such as new and full moons, and seasonal equinoxes, these circles can be powerful and transformative.
